Our mission
is to advise people searching for fulfilling careers. Working with
a five-person board of advisors, Don Bailey started the Career Test
Advisor with this single goal in mind.
Don
holds a Master degree in Counseling Psychology. In 1988 he became
the University of Victoria's coordinator for the Professional Writing
Co-operative Education Program. In the following years he took on
responsibility for co-operative education in 19 university departments.
Over the years he has placed people in over 1,000 jobs in the USA,
Canada, England, China, Russia, France and Germany.
Don has worked
as a journalist and business writer. From 1999 to 2001 he reviewed
career books for the Financial Post, Canada's business daily
newspaper. Don has written investor prospectuses which have raised
over $20 million for International Electronics Corporation and HyPow'r
Oil & Gas.
Don is also
an internationally recognized novelist whose first book, Fire
Eyes, was a finalist for the 1987 W.H. Smith/Books in Canada
First Novel Award. His second novel, Healing the Dead, has
been translated into German as Todliche Ahnungen.
